Our Test, Diagnose & Repair Process

01

Free Fleet Consultation

We come to you or you come to us. We talk through your fleet — how many vehicles, what they're used for, what's been failing, what your downtime costs you. Then we build a service plan.

02

Build A Maintenance Schedule

Every fleet vehicle gets a service interval based on use (miles, hours, severity of duty). We track it. We call you when service is due — you don't have to remember.

03

Priority Scheduling For Fleet Customers

When a fleet vehicle goes down it jumps the line. We understand a parked truck means lost revenue.

04

Standardized Inspections At Every Visit

Every fleet vehicle gets the same inspection format. You get reports you can use for asset management, DOT records, or just internal tracking.

05

Fleet Pricing & Net Billing

Bulk repair pricing for fleet accounts. Monthly invoicing instead of per-visit so your accounting isn't fighting receipts every day.

06

Long-Term Vehicle Planning

When a vehicle gets to the point where repairs cost more than replacement, we tell you. We help you plan vehicle replacement instead of reacting to failures. Buying used replacement vehicles? Use our pre-purchase inspection service before signing — or PPI Auto if the vehicle is out of area.

★ Common Questions ★

Frequently Asked

How small does a fleet have to be to qualify for fleet pricing?
Two vehicles is a fleet in our book. Local landscapers with two trucks, plumbers with a van and a service truck — you qualify.
Do you bill monthly or per-visit?
Either. Most small fleets prefer per-visit. Larger fleets often want monthly billing with a net 15 or net 30 term — we can do that for established customers.
Can you service my fleet at our yard?
Yes for many services — oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, electrical repairs. Some jobs need the lift. See our mobile mechanic page for what we can do off-site.
Do you have a fleet account application?
Just call us — we'll walk through what you need, your vehicle list, and how you want to be billed. Less paperwork than a corporate fleet program, more flexibility.
My fleet is mostly diesel work trucks. Do you handle diesel?
Yes — Cummins, Duramax, Power Stroke. See our diesel page or call us about specifics.
